I spent years researching many of the world’s high-performing organisations (as well as organisations that were stuck and not performing as well as they wanted) to understand what they do differently and how they do it.

 

I found a set of practices that high-performing organisations share. These common practices formed the 5 Factors of high-performing organisations.

How hard, expensive & risky is it?

Most management consultants will tell you that you need to invest upfront to gain rewards later. This means it will hurt before it gets better. I am NOT one of those consultants.

 

My approach is intended to be cost neutral and designed to generate results immediately. It can be applied at a pace and depth that suits your organisation’s culture and current situation.

 

Does it require effort?

You can measure how your organisation scores with the 5 Factor Assessment Model of Execution (F.A.M.E.) It will assess your organisation for gaps, roadblocks and opportunities to improve execution.

2. The Assessment Report

The executive sponsor will receive a tailored and confidential report for the organisation. The report details scores across leader, department and geography, with an interpretation of the scores, and analysis of the highest areas of impact, and summary recommendations.
